INTAKE
INTERVIEW
The goal of the intake interview is to have free and open communication about the case. It begins the ongoing process of receiving and maintaining current and relevant information on the family

ON & OFF-SITE VISITATION
Off-site supervision refers to the supervision of parent/child interactions at a facility that is under the management of the visitation provider.

SUPERVISED EXCHANGE
Supervised exchanges ensure a safe transfer of the child from the custodial parent to the non-custodial parent at the start of parent/child visit and back to the custodial parent at the end of the visit.

TELEPHONE/SKYPE MONITORING
Telephone/Skype monitoring is available to supervise telephone or Skype contact with non-custodial parents. Telephone calls allow child(ren) to maintain relationship with non-custodial parents.

REPORTS
Reports provide an overview of the interaction that took place between the parent and child during a supervised visit. There are 4 types of reports which include: Detailed Observation Reports, Summary Reports, Incident Reports, Declaration Reports. Reports are available upon request.

COURT
TESTIMONY
Court testimony from a visitation provider is normally involved if a court or parent requests it. The written documentation with what happened on each visit is submitted.
